Gintama- on the roof by ~cats-cafe. From the suggester: "I saw this and was speechless. The detail alone is amazing, but the colouring makes the whole peace breathtaking. I love the lighting and the way the colours show the texture! The sky is too perfect for this piece; it's not distracting, yet it still has a technique of it's own!"
